Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules based on project requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Sales Executive – Industrial Fabrication
Responsible for ensuring all fabricated equipment and components meet technical specifications, codes (ASME, IS, API), and customer standards. Oversees inspection, testing, and documentation from raw material stage to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform stage-wise inspections: fit-up, welding, NDT, hydrotest, final visual
- Review WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications
- Coordinate with Third Party Inspectors (TPI) and clients
Maintain quality documents: inspection reports, MTCs, DPT/MPT/UT reports - Ensure traceability and conformance to project specifications
Monitor and report NCRs (Non - Conformance Reports) and assist in CAPA
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII, IS 2825, API 650

Production Planner / Scheduler
We are hiring a Production Planner to manage job scheduling, raw material planning, and project tracking for our fabrication shop. The ideal candidate will balance workloads, reduce bottlenecks, and support timely delivery through accurate planning tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor job-wise production schedules using Gantt charts or ERP systems
- Coordinate with stores, procurement, and shop teams to track material movement
- Plan cutting, welding, machining, and assembly stages in alignment with delivery milestones
- Analyze capacity vs. load and propose shift/workforce adjustments
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing/fabrication unit
Skills Required:
- MS Excel/Project or ERP software knowledge

Job Summary
Responsible for preparing 2D/3D fabrication drawings and design calculations for tanks, columns, vessels, and structures. Ensures compliance with pressure vessel codes and optimizes design for manufacturability and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare GA and detailed fabrication drawings
- Create nozzle orientation, platform & ladder layout
- Perform design calculations (manual or software) as per ASME, IS, API
- Generate BOM and issue fabrication/shop drawings
- Coordinate with production and QA teams for clarity
- Update drawings per client feedback or TPI comments
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Skills Required:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or PV Elite
- Familiarity with pressure part design, weld joint detailing
- Understanding of fabrication practices and tolerances
- Drawing reading & GD&T knowledge
Purchase & Procurement Executive
Handles procurement of raw materials (plates, pipes, valves, etc.) and bought-out items for fabrication projects. Ensures timely sourcing, vendor negotiation, and proper material documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials as per project BOM
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor quotations
- Coordinate with stores and production for material planning
- Ensure timely delivery, MTC verification, and GRN entry
- Maintain procurement records and vendor performance data
- Develop alternate suppliers to reduce cost and lead time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
(Graduates in Commerce with industry experience also suitable)
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of fabrication materials and codes
- Vendor development and negotiation
- MS Excel, ERP or Tally experience
- Basic understanding of QA documents (MTC, test reports)
Site Supervisor / Erection Engineer
Job Summary
Supervises the erection and commissioning of fabricated equipment at client sites. Ensures safety, quality, and schedule compliance during installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site erection of tanks, columns, vessels, skids, or cranes
- Coordinate manpower, tools, and lifting equipment
- Interpret drawings and guide rigging and welding teams
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and method statements
- Liaison with client’s site engineers and report daily progress
- Perform final punch list and handover documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma – Mechanical / Civil Engineering
(ITI with 5+ years’ site experience can also apply)
Skills Required:
- On-site troubleshooting and team handling
- Basic understanding of lifting plans, rigging, safety
- Ability to read fabrication/erection drawings
- Strong coordination, communication, and safety awareness
